Super aggressive mode

Hi team,
I’m currently using aggressive mode but I’m finding it’s not blocking the website fast enough.
Would it be possible for the aggressive mode selection UI to be a drop down menu with many levels?
E.g regular, aggressive, super aggressive.
This way people who want more aggressive blocking at the cost of performance will be able to choose that.
